1/4 Inch PFA Diaphragm Valve

MV-10 Series 為 1/4 吋 PFA 隔膜閥，原廠型錄提供手動二通及三通配置，適用於高純度半導體流體、超純水、腐蝕性化學品及氣體相關應用。

產品採用模製高純度 PFA 閥體與精密加工的密封部位，搭配一體式改質 PTFE 隔膜，以提供良好的柔韌性與循環使用壽命。全 1/4 吋孔徑設計則有助於在緊湊的產品結構中提供流量能力。

Product Overview

The PARKER VERIFLO MV-10 Series is a 1/4-inch PFA diaphragm valve designed for high-purity semiconductor applications. It is also suitable for ultra-pure water and aggressive chemical or gas applications.

The valve features a molded high-purity PFA body with precision-machined sealing areas and a one-piece, precision-machined modified PTFE diaphragm. This design provides flexibility, extended diaphragm flexural life and reliable sealing performance. Its full 1/4-inch orifice provides flow capacity in a compact valve design.

The MV-10 Series is available in manual 2-way and 3-way configurations, supporting different fluid control requirements in high-purity process systems.

01. High-Purity PFA Valve Body

The molded high-purity PFA body incorporates precision-machined sealing areas and is designed for demanding high-purity fluid handling applications.

02. One-Piece Modified PTFE Diaphragm

The precision-machined, one-piece modified PTFE diaphragm is designed for flexibility and durability. According to the manufacturer, it provides more than five times the flexural life of conventional PTFE.

03. Tongue-and-Groove Sealing Design

The tongue-and-groove seat and diaphragm design supports positive shutoff through the flow path and sealing between the diaphragm and valve body.

04. Quarter-Turn Manual Operation

The quarter-turn operating mechanism provides manual valve operation. The removable handle helps resist tampering and reduces the need for a separate lockout device.

05. Designed for Long Service Life

The diaphragm design supports high cycle life, helping reduce replacement costs and equipment downtime. The valve design also incorporates a PVDF-coated stainless steel spring to help reduce the effects of corrosive environments.
